Is staff access really unlimited?
Yes. The $999 annual Care Enable Training portal subscription includes unlimited staff. There is no per-staff subscription charge.
Can you create our induction training?
Yes. Training can be customised around your provider’s policies, procedures and induction requirements. Other custom training topics can also be discussed.
When does the $400 fee apply?
A $400 setup and customisation fee may apply when business-specific training is required. We’ll discuss your requirements and confirm the scope and applicable fee before starting. All prices exclude GST.
Can I purchase the training portal on its own?
Yes. Care Enable Training is available as a standalone offering.
What courses are available?
The supplied portal examples show topics including communication, safeguarding, complaints and inclusive support. Call to discuss the current course selection and what is appropriate for your team.
